Custom made orthotics are not designed to last forever, usually the covers lift off the shell, top covers thin out through wear and tear or rubbish built up in the shoe or are torn when changing shoes. They need maintenance like everything else:

Maybe the heel post has come loose or the accommodations in the orthotics have flattened out. Orthotic Repair Service can repair all these at a fraction of the cost of replacing the old orthotics with new pair of custom made orthotics. Now you don’t have to spend $300 – $600 on new custom made orthotics. At Orthotic Repair Service our technicians will strip your top covers on your orthotics back to the original shells and replace all the cushioning layers and top covers as per the original cover material, any accommodations and even the heel post and wear plates if necessary.
Orthotic Repair Sevice can make them look brand new again and we can save you $$$$$:

Step 1
Assessing orthotics for repair
When ORS receives your orthotics we check the current state of your orthotic taking a note of the materials that have been used in the construction of your orthotics. It is all computerised. ORS logs in your orthotic for repairs and we can ascertain the stage of the repairs at any time.
